But the past week these quotas were given to Africa and made it clear that the Pan American tournament not classify anything and Peru is definitely out of the World minors.
What will happen to the children?
The team led by Hernán Artieda, had the illusion of fighting once again for the quota to the World Cup loss to Argentina in Callao for 2-3, but set the new sports landscape probably need to rethink their purpose, perhaps focusing on the 2012 South American Youth, which will dispute a quota for the World Youth Cup 2013.
