The Municipality of Santiago de Surco through its Mayor Mr Roberto Gómez Baca recently signed a Support Agreement for four years (2011-2014 ) with Club Deportivo Wanka represented by its Secretary and Team Manager Veronica Castro. The support of the community will consist of complete standardization of all club teams, field assignment training as a sports arena and 2 slabs, as well as granting four full scholarships (tuition, uniforms, books, etc) for schooling in the school's Heroes.
Undoubtedly, these contributions not only promote the resurgence of the green but volleyball club Peruvian male.
Hopefully more municipalities and private companies will follow this good example and we may soon have a National League most solid and professional.
