Nondiscrimination Bill undermines preaching in Chile

Care Christian people of Chile! These days it is pending in the Senate A bill which provides for measures against discrimination, which if enacted with all its demands would involve a serious problem for preachers of the Bible.
The project will enter a decisive stage and ending during the month of October in the Senate.
The problem mentioned, focuses on the issue of discrimination against homosexuals, where the project is approved, it could eventually affect all pastors and preachers of the Word of God whenever and urge cite Scripture passages dealing with homosexuality, which could be punished with monetary fines, and even with the minimum sentence.
This project seeks to establish measures against discrimination, not only when homosexuals or other sexual orientations, but involving all people in their diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, etc.
The project, led by the Movement for Homosexual Integration and Liberation (MOVILH), was admitted for parliamentary procedure on March 22, 2005.
We will not go into detail with the project itself (at the end of the sidebar links which analyzes the project in a very full), but here are some interesting facts:

Do not discrimination? Sure, sounds good, and although it contains many positive aspects, there are some clauses that are directly harmful to the Church of the Lord.
What?
First, see what the term is ambiguous "Discrimination" in Article 3:

"Article 3 .- For purposes of this Act discrimination means
any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference arbitrary, by act or omission
based on race, color, ethnicity, age, sex, gender, religion,
belief, political or other opinion, birth, national origin, cultural or socioeconomic
, language, language, marital status, sexual orientation,
illness, disability , genetic or other status
or individual. "

It results in almost any situation can be interpreted as "discrimination."
Second, we see the addition of "gender" and "sexual orientation" in the list of sanctioned discriminatory motivations:

Third, see the incorporation of the following article to PLEMD:

because of their ethnicity, race, sex, gender, sexual
, religion, ideology or nationality, shall be punished by imprisonment in

Given these items, a group of pastors who thoroughly studied the subject, among other things, they arrived at the following conclusion:
" preach against the "orientation sex "for homosexuals, refuse membership in our churches until they repent and turn away from his sin or not to allow teach our children in Sunday school can be listed as "expressions intended to promote hatred or violence." To illustrate this conclusion, just mention the case of Ake Green , Swedish pastor who was sentenced to prison in the year 2005 to preach and exhort the biblical passage of 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, which states:

" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
His preaching was considered "incitement to hatred" and "incitement to violence."
A similar situation was experienced this past year by the Ministry Power Evangelistic Crusade, where Marcos Morales pastor preached on the subject of homosexuality in the light of the Bible, in the Plaza de Armas de Santiago. Given this, gay groups held a counter demonstration, sparking outbreaks of violence and even ending with the burning of a Bible.
PLEMD If it had been law before this incident, the brothers had been convicted of "incitement hatred and violence ", where you really only preached what the Bible says.
Christ comes!
